A recruitment advertising and introduction service run from George Town, Tasmania. WorkCassia publishes home-based roles for employers and passes on applications. WorkCassia does not employ, schedule, supervise or pay applicants.
Employers pay WorkCassia for advertising and introductions. Nobody applying through WorkCassia pays anything, whether for applying, training or a deposit.
WorkCassia contacts each employer directly before a role is listed, and makes sure the listing matches what the employer has said.
WorkCassia's checks are not audits. WorkCassia does not visit workplaces, examine employer finances or oversee work after a person starts.
WorkCassia makes no promise of a job, earnings, hours or when payment will occur. Confirm these in writing with the employer before you begin a WorkCassia role.
Every role on workcassia.com comes straight from an employer. WorkCassia does not repost other sites' listings or advertise roles simply to gather contact information.
WorkCassia will never ask you for money, text message codes, banking passwords or transfers. Anyone who does is not WorkCassia; please report it.
Applications are reviewed by WorkCassia HR and shared only with the employer for your selected role. WorkCassia never sells them or uses them for marketing, and the Privacy Policy lists all services involved.
Ads for WorkCassia are meant to match workcassia.com. If you see a difference, send the ad to careers@workcassia.com; WorkCassia will check and correct the inaccurate one.
Employers listing with WorkCassia agree to describe roles accurately, update WorkCassia quickly when roles fill, provide written terms before work begins and pay their workers themselves. WorkCassia removes any employer that asks applicants for money.
No, WorkCassia does not. Any training linked to a WorkCassia role is free to applicants and is meant only to explain how the work is done. WorkCassia will never sell courses, starter kits or materials as a condition of applying, and an employer that tries to do so is removed from workcassia.com.
WorkCassia describes roles as home-based and suitable for a phone based on what employers report. The employer sets the real arrangements; if those differ from what workcassia.com says, let WorkCassia know at careers@workcassia.com and the listing will be fixed.
Only the information needed to process an application is collected by WorkCassia, it is shared solely with the relevant employer and it is never sold. The WorkCassia Privacy Policy sets out the details and your rights to access or remove it.
WorkCassia uses WhatsApp because it lets applicants get answers quickly. You start the conversation yourself, and WorkCassia does not send unsolicited messages. Email at careers@workcassia.com is available for anyone who prefers not to use WhatsApp.
This statement is checked by WorkCassia at least yearly and whenever its services, suppliers or ads change. The most recent update date appears above, and you can ask careers@workcassia.com for a previous version.
Email careers@workcassia.com with details and a screenshot if you have one. Reports about WorkCassia listings, ads or impersonation all go there. WorkCassia sends a written reply, and reports stay confidential.
WorkCassia looks into every report. Where a listing is inaccurate, WorkCassia removes it, pauses related advertising, contacts the employer and lets you know the result.
